When I went on a mission to lose weight, God had a different plan and led me on a full wellness transformation journey! I lost (and kept off) 30 pounds, reversed high blood pressure and prediabetes, and improved spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and relationally. Now I help others improve their health using a comprehensive wellness program which I developed.
